About the Role

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business initiatives, alliances, and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, solutions, and excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor client satisfaction levels, address any issues or concerns, and ensure ongoing client retention and account growth.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and market intelligence research to develop targeted business development strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and business development performance to the management team.
Proposal Development and Presentations:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative solutions and customized offerings that meet client needs and differentiate us in the market.
Deliver persuasive presentations and conduct effective negotiations to secure new business deals and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
