About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Your primary focus will be on identifying and attracting qualified candidates for technical positions across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle Recruitment:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified technical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to attract passive candidates and enhance the candidate pool.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

Promote our company's brand and value proposition to attract top technical talent.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain compelling employer branding materials, including job descriptions, career pages, and social media content.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and time-to-fill metrics.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:

Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment updates, and address any recruitment challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technical communities to leverage additional recruitment resources when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and requirements across various disciplines.

  • Familiarity with technical sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.

  • Excellent sourcing and screening techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to assess technical competencies and evaluate candidates' technical skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment.
